
Operating in a fast-moving, project-based environment, Sara Montanari, Group HR Manager at Net Service Group, identified a structural risk: strong technical specialisation was limiting internal mobility and workforce agility. In response, she developed “Training to Transform”, a structured internal Academy designed to shift from reactive training to a proactive, skills-based learning ecosystem.
Her approach positions learning not as a short-term response to project needs, but as a strategic lever for resilience, employability, and long-term organisational performance.
