The HR+ Pilot Training – HR in the New Age
Step into the future of HR with HR in the New Age — a practical, international four-month programme designed to transform HR from administration to strategic impact. Combining 8 hours of e-learning, 24 hours of live workshops, and a 40-hour mentored work-based project, it enables participants to learn, apply, and achieve tangible results within their own organisations.
Ideal for HR leaders, managers, People Operations, and L&D professionals, the training covers key themes such as digital HR and cybersecurity, skills mapping, talent attraction, learning design, career development, and change management.

The HR Plus project, spearheaded by Fòrema, unites seven partners from five countries—Italy, Spain, Hungary, Portugal, and Belgium—to transform the role of Human Resources Management in knowledge-intensive companies.
By co-designing a transnational training program, HR Plus aims to bridge skill gaps and align HR practices with emerging industry demands.
