As a Cultural Mediator, she observed that the real barrier was not capability, but organisational preparedness — from recruitment processes to workplace adaptation and post-hiring support. Her initiative proposes a structured pathway to equip HR teams, leaders, and infrastructures to welcome and integrate people with disabilities with competence and confidence 

By combining partnerships with specialised organisations, targeted training in inclusive practices, and measurable indicators to guide decision-making, she demonstrates that social inclusion is not only a humanitarian commitment, but also a strategic investment in skilled, motivated, and diverse teams.
