Recognising that valuable knowledge often remains hidden within organisational silos, Andrea Levine set out to transform employees from passive learners into active contributors. As HR Development professional and Executive Coach at CIAC SCRL, she designed CIAC 2 CIAC — a peer-to-peer education initiative that unlocks internal expertise through voluntary knowledge exchange 

By combining structured skill mapping with informal, employee-led learning sessions, she created a sustainable and inclusive model that strengthens collaboration, breaks down generational and hierarchical barriers, and fosters a culture of continuous learning. Her initiative demonstrates how empowering people to teach as well as learn can turn everyday expertise into a powerful engine for organisational growth and engagement.
