The “HR IN TRANSITION” Report is the result of a six-month transnational research (October 2024 – April 2025), which involved over 250 HR professionals from six countries (Italy, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, France, Belgium) through:

– Focus groups
– In-depth interviews
Starting from the three most relevant trends (Twin Transition, Demographic Change, Migration Policies) in the six countries surveyed, the Report identifies the major HR challenges, the strategies to address them, and the new strategic skills for the role.
