The HR+ Skills Matrix (General & Countries) summarises the key competences HR managers need to face today’s labour-market shifts. Developed through six months of research with over 250 HR professionals in Italy, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, France and Belgium, it is structured around three major forces—twin transition, demographic change and migration policies—to the challenges HR teams are experiencing.
The deliverable presents a general European skills matrix alongside country-specific versions, outlining priority competences (digital, green, technical and soft) and practical examples of their application across the employee journey. It serves as a roadmap for targeted upskilling and reskilling of HR professionals.
