Building on ARD Raccanello’s core values of Respect, Persistence and Dynamism, Anita Zuin chose to extend HR beyond organisational boundaries and into the local community. As HR Manager, she designed and implemented a structured Corporate Volunteering programme that transforms social responsibility into a concrete, measurable experience for employees 

Through a carefully staged process — from anonymous employee surveys to partnership selection, structured volunteering days, and systematic feedback collection — she ensured that participation was both voluntary and strategically aligned. Early results show growing engagement and high satisfaction rates, confirming that volunteering can strengthen teamwork, reinforce company values, and enhance transversal skills. Her initiative demonstrates how HR leadership can integrate ESG principles into everyday practice, creating shared value for people, the organisation and the wider community.
