Competency Mapping in ARD Raccanello

Facing the strategic challenges introduced by ARD Raccanello’s first Industrial Plan, Anita Zuin chose to make competencies visible, measurable and actionable. As HR Manager, she designed a structured Competency Mapping pathway to clarify expectations for each role, analyse the skills effectively present within the organisation, and identify the gaps between the two. 

By combining Ideal Job profiles defined by managers with Individual Role Sheets completed by employees and enriched by managerial feedback, she created a dynamic framework linking knowledge management to concrete HR actions — from targeted training and job shadowing to internal mobility and recruitment alignment. Her initiative demonstrates how systematic competency mapping can transform HR into a strategic business partner, turning dispersed knowledge into informed decisions, stronger collaboration and sustainable organisational growth.
