Confronted with the growing complexity of workforce management in data-fragmented and rapidly evolving organisations, Víctor Leite Robledo set out to rethink how HR decisions are made. As a student at the University of Vigo, he designed the Talent Digital Twin (TDT) — a predictive architecture that transforms dispersed HR data into a coherent, dynamic simulation of the organisation’s talent ecosystem
By integrating skills mapping, behavioural signals, predictive risk intelligence and scenario modelling into a single framework, he proposes a system that allows HR leaders to anticipate turnover, skill shortages and succession gaps before they materialise. His idea demonstrates how structured predictive insight — ethically governed and supported by human oversight — can turn organisational complexity into strategic foresight and more resilient workforce planning.
