
Observing the persistent gap between companies struggling to fill vacancies and migrant professionals whose skills remain underused, Purificación Romero Solla set out to design a more equitable and effective bridge between talent and opportunity. Through the Progressive Integration (PLI) Model, she reframes labour matching as a coordinated, multi-actor process that reduces uncertainty, simplifies administrative barriers and strengthens long-term employment stability. Her initiative demonstrates how inclusive HR innovation can simultaneously address labour shortages, reduce turnover and unlock the untapped potential of migrant talent — turning structural complexity into sustainable workforce solutions.
