Inclusive Employment Bridge. An Intermediation Ecosystem Connecting Companies and Migrant Talent

Observing the persistent gap between companies struggling to fill vacancies and migrant professionals whose skills remain underused, Purificación Romero Solla set out to design a more equitable and effective bridge between talent and opportunity. As Administrative Officer at Instituto Médico Imaya, she developed the Inclusive Employment Bridge — a structured intermediation ecosystem grounded in competence validation, co-design with employers and progressive integration pathways 

Through the Progressive Integration (PLI) Model, she reframes labour matching as a coordinated, multi-actor process that reduces uncertainty, simplifies administrative barriers and strengthens long-term employment stability. Her initiative demonstrates how inclusive HR innovation can simultaneously address labour shortages, reduce turnover and unlock the untapped potential of migrant talent — turning structural complexity into sustainable workforce solutions.
